PEMBROKE PINES, FL– 

A Boca Raton area man has been arrested after he allegedly groped a 10-year-old girl and exposed himself to a 17-year-old at the Pembroke Lakes Mall. 

The incident was reported around 2:30 p.m. Tuesday in the food court of the mall.

Authorities say they initially received a phone call about a made who exposed his penis to a 17-year-old. The teen told police that the suspect walked towards her with his shorts down and the front of his boxers opened. Police say they then received a second phone call about the same man groping a child. 

The girl’s sister told police that she saw the man grab her sister’s butt and began yelling at him. 

The man then retreated from the food court. 

During their search for the suspect, officials noticed a man matching the suspect’s description was located at a bus stop just outside the mall. 

Authorities identified the suspect as 42-year-old Julian Todd Lambert and arrested him. 

He is facing a felony count of lewd and lascivious molestation.
